While a robotic can never take the place of a solider, it can take the soldier's place in some dangerous situations, and prevent unnecessary casualties.Gen. Rick Lynch, the outgoing commander of Fort Hood, has a passion for the U.S. Military using robotics as soon as possible. KWBU's Derek Smith has more.
